This year's UWC Day was on the fifth of December. This is a day on which all student at SEA put extra emphasis on the UWC values. Some tutor groups went off cleaning beaches while others went to plant trees. All kinds of services were organised.
Some of the boarders wanted to make their own statement on this day. They decorated and altered their uniforms for this one special day to show the importance of the United World College movement, letting everyone know that UWC should not be squashed into a day but should be a part of life.
